How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously
By Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo
Brat summer was so last year and this summer it is time to giggle. Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo are the OG gigglers. We first saw this dynamic duo from Bravo’s fascinating anthropological reality television show called Summer House. I am not sure how one would want to be filmed while partying in the Hamptons while creeping at the dearest age of forty, but it doesn’t make me feel so bad for turning the big 3-0, this coming year. Please do not judge these young professionals for being on a reality television show, they just figured out how to be successful in an unconventional way rather than stepping into corporate. Hannah and Paige are killing it with their careers and what it means to be a woman.

They launched their podcast Giggly Squad and it is fun, honest and relatable. When I have listened to Hannah and Paige, it feels like I am hanging with my best gals. Every girl should have the Hannah to their Paige and vis versa. Their book How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously is meant for all women. These two best friends are hilarious while providing meaningful advice. They bring back the art of the giggle. We are living in some strange times, so it’s particularly important now to remember to not take life so seriously. The title says it all. It is important that when you think times are hard, just think of it like a bit. Life is just a bit. (Advice from Hannah and Paige)

Stolpman Vineyards
The wine to pair while reading How to Giggle is of course a rosé. Not that Hampton Water was profusely being drunk the entire time on Summer House, but what else do you want to drink with your best gal pal, but rosé? Sabrina Carpenter’s latest song is playing in the background, the girls are sun bathing around the pool and they are pouring Love You Bunches Rosé. Love You Bunches is from Stolpman Vineyards, a domestic rosé from Central Coast of California. It is 100% Grenache carbonically fermented. A little thing about Grenache, is that it is being increasingly recognized as an individual, not a just another grape in the crowd.
Grenache has been known as a blending grape. The production of Stolpman’s rosé has rebranded this wallflower to receiving a standing ovation on their solo performance. Growing the grape in cooler climates allows for the grape to develop to its full potential. The flavor is more ripe with a fresh fruit balance, while keeping that beautiful hue. Hannah and Paige are just like Grenache. These podcasters, writers, successful businesswomen are out of their blending era and in their solo performance, receiving standing ovations. This is the perfect rosé to sit and drink all day. It is light, refreshing, and that perfect “Barbie” pink to drink while you hang with your best gal pals, Hannah and Paige. Drink responsibly, Gigglers.
